Which of the following best describes the process of developing and maintaining a strong family relationship? a. avoid conflict as much as possible, avoid communicating negative feelings, learn to live with people's differences b. seek professional counseling regularly, hold regular family meetings, avoid being too sensitive or dramatic c. develop strong family foundations, accept change, develop healthy conflict resolution skills d. none of the above
A wouldn't be correct from my POV because keeping all the negative feelings to yourself isn't the best thing to do.
B is way too exaggerated, seeking counseling regularly would only be required if your family was in a really really tight spot, otherwise all families would require counseling regularly...
C I believe this is the most appropriate answer, accepting changes in the family and learning how to solve conflicts in a healthy way are good ways of maintaining a strong relationship
D I find C to be a logic answer so I wouldn't consider D as my final answer.
Hope this helps a little
